Medicus is started by two doctors as founding directors, expert in Anaesthesia, Critical care medicine and Medicine background. They studied in reputed medical colleges and hospitals in India.

Dr. Dharma Jivan Samantaray
Dr. Dharma Jivan Samantaray, currently working as Consultant Cardiac Anesthesiologist and Critical Care medicine at CARE HOSPITAL, BHUBANESWAR. He is a visionary and one of the founding director of Medicus. He completed his MBBS from V.S.S.Medical College, Burla, Sambalpur, Odisha and has done DNB ( Diplomate of National Board) in Anaesthesiology from National Board of Examination, Govt of India, Apollo Health City, Hyderabad. He has experience in Cardiac Anaesthesia from the reputed hospital such as Global hospital, Hyderabad with Gokhale associatesHe is a diploma holder in IDCCM (Indian diploma in critical care medicine from the school of Indian society of criticalcare medicine). Dr.Dharma Jivan has completed his fellowship in the below-mentioned programs.
- FICCC-Fellowship in cardiac critical care from The Simulation Society (TSS) &International society of cardiovascular ultrasound (ISCU)
- FIECHO-Fellowship in echocardiography from The Simulation Society (TSS) &International society of cardiovascular ultrasound (ISCU).
- FIECMO- Fellowship in ECMO (Extra corporeal membrane oxygenation from TheSimulation Society (TSS) & International society of cardiovascular ultrasound (ISCU).
Dr. Pragyan Routray
Dr. Pragyan Routaray, Currently working as Consultant In-charge critical care medicine and consultant and medicine specialist at CARE HOSPITAL, Bhubaneswar. He is one of the founding director of Medicus.
He has completed MBBS and MD in Medicine from SCB Medical College, Cuttack. He is a diploma holder in IDCCM (Indian diploma in critical care medicine) from the school of Indian society of Critical Care Medicine, Apollo Hospital, Chennai. He has done a Postgraduate diploma (PGDGM) in Geriatric Medicine.
